Alpaslan Canlı

Alpaslan Canlı is a Director at Core Finance, responsible for deal execution, origination and mergers & acquisitions process management. Over the years, he was involved in more than 25 M&A transactions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $1 billion, with a focus on early to growth stage technology companies operating in fintech, SaaS, mobility and consumer tech verticals globally.

Alp has advised blue-chip technology corporates on landmark buy-side transactions including TeamSystem, Aareon, Paribu, and Param, as well as recent sell-side transactions such as BizimHesap, Medianova, Meklas, and Getmobil.

Prior to Core Finance, Alp was a venture capital investor at Revo Capital, the largest VC fund of Turkey with $150M+ AUM investing early-stage technology companies in Turkey and Eastern Europe with 25+ portfolio companies including Getir, Midas, Foriba, Paraşüt, Paycore, Akinon, TransferGo, Onedio, Logiwa and Zizoo.

Before Revo, Alp was Chief of Staff at PlusOneMinusOne, backed by Esor Investments GmbH, where he was responsible for business development with the largest banks and Fintech startups in Turkey.

Alp was formerly an Investment Banking Analyst at Pragma Corporate Finance, a leading investment banking advisory firm in Turkey.

Alp holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
